We believe in you and we believe in our products! If you are unsatisfied with the "You Can Do It! ART"
painting materials that you purchased in the "You Can Do It! ART" kit, we will refund you for  paints,
brushes, sponge, tape, board, and the paper tablet that you return unused within 30 days. The items
you return must be postage paid,  in new and resalable condition. If an item is defective, upon our
receipt of the item, we will issue you a credit, or make an exchange, whichever you prefer.

If a DVD is defective, we will provide you another after we receive the defective one from you.

DVD #1 and DVD #2 lay the groundwork for success in the landscape painting lessons. DVDs # 3,
#4, and #5 build on the techniques in the first two DVDs and are highly recommended in sequence.

To make a return, please
contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  At that time, we
will ask you the reason for the return so that we can make the proper adjustment for you and use the
information you give us to improve our products or service. We will also give you the address to use
for returning the item and make sure we have your current mailing address for your exchange or

Here are the steps to return items to  "You Can Do It! ART" :

2. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), and give you the return address to use.
Please be ready to tell us the reason for your dissatisfaction. We want to make things right for you.

3. Package items in protective packaging for shipping, using original packaging, if possible. Mark it
with the RAN number that we will give you, and send it off.

4. Your refund check or replacement items that you requested will arrive two weeks from the time we
receive your returned items.

5.  If you  request a store credit, the credit will be effective the same day we receive your returned
items and we will notify you by email that your store credit is activated.
